Dean Drinkwater

CEO
Dean has fostered a can-do culture and established the strategic direction for the business, which has expanded from 20 to over 160 employees. Under his leadership, the company has become the UK market leader in Telecom Structures and a prominent supplier in many market sectors.

    Steve Adams

    Managing Director

    Steve came to Hutchinson in 1996 as a quantity surveyor and progressed to Operations Director in 2013 then Managing Director in 2023. Using his strategic and operational expertise, he leads the delivery of our strategic objectives, the development of business capabilities, and ensures successful project delivery.

      Mark Madigan

      Commercial Director

      A people champion with a strong commercial background, Mark is responsible for the effective operation of Hutchinson Engineering’s financial, commercial and human resource functions. His open, supportive management style empowers our teams to deliver excellence.

        Lloyd Austin

        Technical Manager
        As a Chartered Engineer with a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Lloyd has been an integral member of the Hutchinson design team since 2011. He leads a highly respected and professional team of designers and engineers and is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the products we manufacture.

          Neal Scrivener

          Business Development
          With a background in automotive coatings, Neal has been a sales professional for more than 30 years. For 15 of those, he’s been in the steel industry – working across a range of sectors including renewables, rail and marine. He’s responsible for Hutchinson Engineering’s client relationships.
