Our modern manufacturing facilities provide a total of 10,000 square meters of production space over three sites, and a combined 6 acres of storage hardstanding.

Our dedicated 4000m2 rolled section production facility, allows us to manufacture onshore wind turbine towers up to 4.3m in diameter.

Advanced Manufacturing for Onshore Wind Projects

Our facility is equipped to roll plates up to 40mm thick and form cans with diameters up to 4.3 meters, perfectly catering to the needs of Turbine OEMs for both Foundation Cans and Tower Sections.

Our twin tower grow lines lead directly into a climate-controlled coating facility capable of applying Norsok C5+ coating systems. To complement these operations, we manufacture and install tower internals and platforms. Additionally, our onsite storage capabilities, spread across six acres, provide substantial space to facilitate project planning and execution timelines. This extensive storage capacity allows us to enhance service delivery by efficiently managing and staging components close to deployment sites, streamlining logistics and reducing project lead times.

Under the supervision of our Icorr Level 3 Coating Inspector, we conduct comprehensive surface preparation inspections.

Surface inspections
For the coating system, we perform tests on both wet and dry coatings that cover visual assessment, thickness measurement, and adhesion testing.
