Specialist surface treatments for lower maintenance and enhanced durability.
Manufacturing Facilities
Our modern manufacturing facilities provide a total of 10,000 square meters of production space over three sites, and a combined 6 acres of storage hardstanding.
Enhanced performance, lower maintenance, and extended lifespan of components.
Surface treatments
Our surface treatments reduced maintenance requirements, boost performance and prolong the operational life of components and infrastructure.
Leveraging the latest in technology and state-of-the-art facilities, our team comprises professionals who are Train the Painter and ICorr certified underscoring our commitment to upholding the highest international quality standards.
Our specialist surface treatments are designed not only for efficacy but also to enhance the sustainability and longevity of your components and infrastructure. This approach leads to reduced maintenance requirements, increased performance, and extended lifespan.

Surface preparation
Our preparation processes, including hand and power tool preparation and steel grit manual blasting, are completed in environmentally controlled settings. These include a Steel Abrasive blast unit for ferrous metals and a non-metallic abrasive blast booth for non-ferrous metals, ensuring all operations conform to the highest standards.
Industrial coating
Metallising
Used for anti-corrosion and engineering coating applications, metallising can replace galvanizing and chrome plating coatings. It provides high surface bond strength and high ductility with low stress.
Galvanizing
We have extensive experience and well-established supply chain partners capable of successfully delivering galvanized items to ISO 1461 standards. Our expertise includes providing thicker HDG (Hot Dip Galvanizing) coatings, achieved through pre-blasting of components, and offering duplex coating systems.
Inspection
Under the supervision of our Icorr Level 3 Coating Inspector, we conduct comprehensive surface preparation inspections, which include profiling, cleanliness, and chloride testing. For the coating system, we perform tests on both wet and dry coatings that cover visual assessment, thickness measurement, and adhesion testing. This leads to the issuance of a detailed Coating System Report and Certificate of Conformity. Additionally, our team is trained to inspect galvanized components.
